There is no doubt that the MBBS in Philippines has a higher success ratio in the FMGE than students graduating from other countries. The reasons for this are manifold.

The first and most important reason is the quality of education. The Philippines has some of the best medical schools in the world, which are accredited by the world’s leading accreditation bodies. Moreover, the curriculum is at par with the international standards set by the World Health Organization.

Another reason for the higher success rate of students from the Philippines is the language. English is the medium of instruction in all medical schools in the Philippines. This gives students an advantage over their counterparts from other countries, who have to struggle with the language barrier.

Lastly, the Philippines have a very conducive environment for medical students. The weather is tropical, which is ideal for studying.

One reason why students from the Philippines have a higher success rate in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is that the curriculum is very similar to that of developed countries. In addition, the Philippines has a higher number of teaching hospitals and experienced faculty members. As a result, students from the Philippines are better prepared for the FMGE and have a higher chance of passing the exam.

What makes students from the Philippines more successful in FMGE?

There are a number of factors that contribute to the success of students from the Philippines in FMGE. One of the most important is the length of time that students spend in medical school. In the Philippines, medical school typically lasts for six years, which is two years longer than in many other countries. This extra time allows students to gain a deeper understanding of the material and to be better prepared for the rigors of the FMGE.

In addition, the Philippines has a strong culture of academic excellence and competition. This encourages students to strive for their best and to improve their skills continually. As a result, students from the Philippines are often well-versed in the material and are able to perform well on the FMGE.

Education is clinical based and more practical’s ahead of theory and this is the best way of studying medicine. MCQ pattern of exam (Multi choice questions)–(no use of memorizing, students must understand the subject to clear exams) because it is all practical based and the major factor is that they are following US pattern of education. So the Projects and assignments are clinical based too.

Finally, students from the Philippines benefit from the support of their families and friends.

Filipino students are more exposed to patients

A recent study found that Filipino students are more exposure to patients than their counterparts in other countries. The study, which the Philippines Medical college conducted, looked at data from a number of Filipino medical schools and compared it to data from medical schools in other countries.

The study found that Filipino medical students have an average of 20 patient encounters per week, while students in other countries have an average of just 10 patient encounters per week. This difference is significant, and it suggests that Filipino medical students are getting more exposure to patients than students in other countries.

This is a positive development, as exposure to patients is an important part of medical education. It helps students learn how to interact with patients, understand their needs, and provide them with the best possible care.
